High Over Sweetwater
This photo, taken last week, has us pretty excited about the way Sweetwater is shaping up. To orient yourself, that’s Hwy 71 the bottom of the picture and the view is to the south.
At the center are the Creekside and Canyonwood neighborhoods, where construction began this summer. As you can see, more than 30 homes have already been completed or are under construction. Ashton Woods, Coventry, David Weekley and Taylor Morrison are building there.
To the right is Highland Lakes neighborhood, where Ryland is about to start construction. Homes in Highland Lakes are priced from the $250s.
Above Creekside and Canyonwood is our newest neighborhood, Davenport Summit, where Drees Custom Homes will soon begin building. This gated village offers spectacular vistas. Prices will start in the $480s.
The triangular area will be the site of our 10-acre recreation complex, the Sweetwater Club.
The only thing missing from this photo is you. But maybe next flyover we'll be able to get a snapshot of you smiling and waving in the front yard of your beautiful new Sweetwater home.
