Sweetwater
New homes are springing up like wildflowers in Sweetwater, Austin’s newest master-planned community. As this week’s aerial photo shows, nine homes are under construction in Sweetwater’s Canyonwood and Creekside neighborhoods. And 11 more will come out of the ground in the next few weeks.
On the left side of the photo is Pedernales Summit Parkway coming in off of Hwy 71 West. The triangular parcel above the entrance is the future site of the Sweetwater Club, a 10-acre complex that will include a Hill Country-inspired clubhouse for events and meetings, an outdoor pavilion, a resort-style pool, splash pad, sports fields, a sport court, and an events lawn.
At present, the Sweetwater Club site is occupied by temporary sales offices of four of our builders – Coventry, Ryland, David Weekley and Taylor Morrision. Stop in to see their available plans and learn about the limited-time pre-construction deals. Their offices are open Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sundays from noon until 6 p.m.
