SWEETWATER CLUB
Equal parts social spot, splash-ready surroundings, and place to play, the Sweetwater Club is 10 acres of awesome.
RESORT-STYLE-POOL
Make that pools, because Sweetwater Club has three in one. A beach-entry pool (perfect for toddlers). A family pool with two regulation lap lanes. And a quiet pool beneath a waterfall, with a tanning ledge and seating coves. There’s a splash pad, too, with bubbling fountains, spray hoops and water cannons.
GATHERING SPACES
Sweetwater Club has the space you need to socialize. With a clubhouse for get-togethers, classes and club meetings. And a pavilion for poolside parties and come-as-you-are cookouts. If there’s a community event happening, chances are it’s happening here (likely on the event lawn).
FITNESS & SPORTS FIELDS
If you’re looking to work out on state-of-the-art equipment, our fitness center has all the equipment you need (plus a yoga studio for more serene surroundings). And athletic fields, a sport court and sand volleyball court are ready for those who prefer to get their fitness out in the fresh air.
Overlook Club
If you’re looking for a little more peace and quiet (but still want a pool), head to Overlook Club. Outdoors, there are two pools with shade structures and a putting green that take advantage of the breathtaking scenery. And inside the clubhouse, you’ll find a fireplace, spaces to work or play board games, comfy couches—plus a wall of windows and wraparound deck that offer impressive Hill Country views.

Parks & Trails
When we say we have trails at Sweetwater, we mean it. Miles of hiking, biking and wilderness trails weave throughout the community, and connect to the 700 acres of open space, canyons and ridges. And while some are paved, others are the get-your-shoes-dirty, watch-your-step kind. Hop on one, and you may be surprised at some of the sights along the way—from the occasional waterfall to awe-inspiring views.
