A Place for Friends and Fun
At Sweetwater, the feeling of being a “part of” is part of the fun. You’ll find plenty of opportunities here for recreation and socializing.
All of our residents will have access to the Sweetwater Club, a 10-acre complex that includes a Hill Country-inspired clubhouse with indoor space for events and meetings, an outdoor pavilion, a resort-style pool, splash pad, athletic fields, a sport court and an events lawn. It will be yours to enjoy for birthday parties, yoga classes, book club meetings, or most any other reason friends and neighbors get together.
Construction of the Sweetwater Club is well under way. The events lawn is complete, and other portions will open this summer as they are ready.
