River Oaks Homes by Centerra to build in Sweetwater
Sweetwater has announced the newest addition to its homebuilding family. River Oaks Homes by Centerra will join the roster of premium builders in Sweetwater.
River Oaks Homes is the luxury division of Centerra, a well respected, Austin based homebuilder, named 2013 Builder of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders. River Oaks Homes will offer luxury Tuscan and Hill Country Modern home plans in the gated Davenport Summit neighborhood in Sweetwater with pricing expected to start in the mid $500s. The model home and sales office will open in late spring.
