Sweetwater adds Chesmar Homes to its builder roster
Sweetwater has announced that Chesmar Homes is being added to its current roster of six home builders.
Chesmar Homes started operations in 2005 in Houston and is now one of the largest privately held homebuilders in Texas, with operations in Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Dallas. The company was named a 2012 and 2013 “Best Places to Work” by the Houston Business Journal and is the largest private builder by volume in San Antonio. Chesmar will start home sales in early April, with prices ranging from the mid $200s to the mid $300s. The model home will break ground this month.

Already offering new homes in Sweetwater are builders Ashton Woods Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Ryland Homes, and Taylor Morrison Homes. Sweetwater is located on Highway 71 near the intersection of Bee Creek Road, five minutes west of RR 620 and the Hill Country Galleria.
