Outdoor living with a view
Sweetwater devotes 700 acres, or roughly half of its overall residential acreage, to parks, trails and natural open spaces. That means many home sites in all price ranges can overlook a canyon, ridge or greenbelt.
As these photos from some of our recent model homes show, this abundance of natural scenery can make for some breathtaking views from both indoor and outdoor living areas.
A wall of windows across the family room and dining room frames a classic Sweetwater canyon view in this model. The view is even better from the outdoor living area, which includes a fireplace and grill. The old windmill out in the canyon has been preserved as a reminder of Sweetwater’s history as a working ranch.

The stunning natural backdrop offered in many Sweetwater homes blends beautifully with interior details such as grand fireplace surrounds and rich wood flooring. Nature, after all, is the perfect neutral.
