Sweetwater is happy to annouce the opening of a new model by Perry Homes!

Sweetwater devotes 700 acres, or roughly half of its overall residential acreage, to parks, trails and natural open spaces. That means many homesites in all price ranges can overlook a canyon, ridge or greenbelt.

 

Staying fit in Sweetwater has never been easier! Check out our schedule of classes now being offered to residents.  You don't have to go far to get or stay in shape - and you just might make new friends in the process!  See the schedule.

 

Sweetwater's new fitness center will offer residents some of the newest aerobic fitness and weight training machines. It will also offer inspiring views of one of the community's most scenic canyons, providing an extra shot of inspiration for a great workout.

Sweetwater’s wildflowers are taking a well-deserved summer vacation after blooming their hearts out for the community’s third annual Sweetwater Wildflower Festival in late April.

It's the first day on the job for the bees of Sweetwater, and they're up and at it early! With all of the windflowers and open space, we think they will be very happy here. Thanks to our partners at Round Rock Honey for coming out and getting them set up yesterday!
