New Chesmar model showcases homes from $299,990
Featuring a unique floor plan with the study in the back, Chesmar’s one-story Alexis model represents some of the most attainably priced homes available in Sweetwater.
One of the newest fully furnished model homes in Sweetwater, the Alexis represents Chesmar’s collection of plans for 45- and 50-foot-wide homesites, with prices ranging from $299,990 to $371,990. These one- and two-story plans range from 1,535 to 2,449 square feet.
With a base price of $327,990 the Alexis has two outdoor living areas, including a traditional front porch and a spacious patio.
While many homes feature the study located right at the front, the Alexis’ study is placed at the back of the home. This creates a quiet home office with a relaxing view of the covered patio. It’s close enough to the primary suite for convenience, but separate enough to preserve privacy.
