Perry Homes now selling homes from $450,000s in Sweetwater, with model home opening in November
Perry Homes plans to open a new model home in Sweetwater in November to showcase its collection of home plans priced from $450,000s. To select a homesite with the best views, don’t wait.
Perry is now selling in Sweetwater’s Hillcrest neighborhood, where greenbelt homesites with stunning Hill Country views are offered. Perry also has several homes available for fall move-in in Hillcrest.
Now under construction, Perry’s model home will be the one-story Design 3435, offering four bedrooms, three full baths and a three-car garage. Ceiling heights range from 11 to 13 feet in most rooms, creating a very open and spacious feeling in this home.
At the heart of this plan, the island kitchen sits right in the middle of formal and casual dining areas. The kitchen is also open to the family room, which looks out to the covered patio.
The library and the gameroom both have French doors.
All bedrooms have walk-in closets, and the primary suite has double walk-in closets, along with a bow-bay window sitting area.
The Design 3435 plan is priced from $552,900 in Sweetwater.
Overall, Perry homes in Hillcrest are priced from the $450,000s to the $590,000s, with one- and two-story plans ranging from 2,500 to 4,200 square feet.
For information, contact Gary or Tracie in Perry’s first Sweetwater model home. Opened earlier this year, this model home showcases plans priced from the $340,000s.
When it opens, Perry’s new model home will join seven model homes already open in Sweetwater. Click here for photo tours of these model homes, and use our convenient Homefinder to see all home plans offered in Sweetwater.
