Pulte’s new Sweetwater model home showcases flexible design options
Now open in one of Sweetwater’s newest neighborhoods, Pulte’s two-story Nelson model home is a perfect example of how this leading national homebuilder combines design flexibility with affordable plans priced from the high $200,000s.
Like many of Pulte’s home plans in Sweetwater, the Nelson offers a number of Life Tested features inspired by actual homeowner feedback.
In the Nelson model home, Life Tested options include a downstairs flex room that can be built as a fourth bedroom with a full bath and walk-in closet. This flexible space can also be customized as a study with a supply closet and an optional sliding barn door.
The flex space can also be left open, combining with the open gathering room and kitchen/café area to create an even larger informal living area.
The Nelson also includes Pulte’s signature Everyday Entry from the garage, with options for a drop zone or a mud bench. Understairs options are also available for extra storage space.
For outdoor living, the Nelson offers a patio, with options for a covered patio and patio extension.
Upstairs, the Nelson offers options for the owner’s bath, including an oversized “super shower.”
The Nelson has two more bedrooms upstairs, along with a loft that makes an ideal play and homework area.
With more than 2,100 square feet, the Nelson is priced from $303,990 in Sweetwater.
Pulte’s prices start at $289,990 for the two-story Harrison plan, which offers three bedrooms, a two-story gathering room, and a flex room that can be built as an optional pocket office.
