What’s a MUD? Our infographic lays out some easy answers
If you’re shopping for a new home in any master-planned community in Texas, chances are it’s served by a MUD, or Municipal Utility District.
MUDs are development tools that are mostly found only in Texas, and they’re a key part of the state’s vibrant economy and relative housing affordability.
