Spring grand openings ahead for Sweetwater’s newest builders
More details are still to come, but we wanted to let you be among the first to know about two leading homebuilders who will be joining the Sweetwater team this spring – M/I Homes and Taylor Morrison.
We’ll announce grand opening dates as soon as available, but below you will find some basic info and links where you can join each builder’s pre-opening interest list.
M/I Homes
M/I Homes is offering traditional single-family homes in Sweetwater’s Hillside neighborhood. Prices will range from the low $400,000s and up, with plans from 1,600 to over 2,500 square feet. Four one-story and three two-story plans will be offered, and most of the single-story plans will have options for upstairs gamerooms.
Standard features will include granite countertops, 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, custom made cabinets, fully sodded yards with sprinkler systems, tankless water features, and several more included features that offer buyers a choice.
M/I Homes was named for brothers Melvin & Irving Schottenstein when it was founded in 1976. Forty-five years and 120,000 homes later, it’s the 13th largest U.S. homebuilder. For all these impressive numbers, M/I claims just one purpose: to treat their customers right.
Taylor Morrison
Taylor Morrison is offering low-maintenance homes in Sweetwater’s Madrone Ridge neighborhood, home to the resort-style Overlook Club and beautiful Hilltop Park.
Homes on 55-foot-wide homesites will be priced from the low $400,000s, with plans ranging from 2,038 to 3,265 square feet. Six one- and two-story plans will range from 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Two- and three-car garages will be included.
Homes on 65-foot-wide homesites will be priced from the high $400,000s, with plans from 2,704 to 4,508 square feet. Five one- and two-story plans will be offered in this series, ranging from 3-5 bedrooms, 2/4 bathrooms and garages with space for up to 4 cars.
All homes will include Taylor Morrison’s LiveWell suite of features, offering cleaner water, cleaner air and reduction of harmful chemicals. One of the nation’s largest builders, Taylor Morrison was selected as 2020 Builder of the Year by BUILDER, the magazine of the National Association of Home Builders.
