Meet Sweetwater’s new HOA Manager, Jamie Simpson
One of many things setting Sweetwater apart is our onsite HOA management team, officing at the Sweetwater Club, available weekdays for any resident questions and concerns.
Sweetwater residents recently had the chance to meet the community’s new HOA manager, Jamie Simpson, at a gathering with coffee and crepes at the Overlook Club. Moving forward, Jamie plans to have regular Meet the Manager socials with residents.
In her role as Community Manager, Jamie holds responsibility for ensuring the operational success and strategic administration of the HOA. With a background that includes management roles at various Austin-area communities, including our completed sister property, Rancho Sienna, and Santa Rita Ranch, Jamie brings a wealth of experience to Sweetwater. Her expertise spans areas such as member relations, facility operations, project management, and risk management.
Drawing parallels between her previous career in healthcare management and her current role in HOA management, Jamie reflects on the satisfaction of helping families through significant life events. She aims to replicate this sense of fulfillment by creating a transparent environment where residents feel free to communicate and share their views.
Jamie is supported by a skilled HOA team, including Assistant Manager Taylor Kelley, Community Standards Coordinator Courtney Neal, and Maintenance Technician Roberto Rangel. With Sweetwater's final neighborhoods, Vista Ridge and Madrone Ridge, nearing completion of new home sales, Jamie is optimistic about the community's future.
Expressing her fondness for Sweetwater's beauty and neighborly atmosphere, Jamie envisions a long-term commitment to serving the community as its HOA manager.
